INTRODUCTION

1/. Overview.

MIKADO Technology and Trading J.S.C is the leading manufacturer of wall & floor ceramic tiles in Vietnam. With talian technology line and Spanish materials, we have been producing and supplying high-quality products of artful designs and different size. The floor tiles made by us with the trademark MIKADO are much sought after, highly appreciated and popularly used by the customers throughout Vietnam and have appeared in many countries in Asia, Europe.

At present, we have one factories in Tien Hai dist.- Thai Binh province  with 2 double-firing production lines which is able to produce 6 millions of wall and floor tiles every year.

 

2/. The distinguished achievements of the Company.  

 

• The industry production value increases 50-60 %.
• The annual total sales revenue increases 150-160 %.
• Profit and incomes of the workers keep on being higher year after year.
• In 2005 the company produced 3 Million m² and obtained a turnover of 86 Billions VND. As planned, in 2006,  4.5 Million m²  wall and floor tiles will be sold  with turnover 130 Billion VND.
• Until now, the company sales network has 150 distributors and sales agents throughout the country. Especially, the company products have been exported to many countries in the world, such as France, Korea, etc. The export value reaches 157.000 USD (in 2005) and is estimated 0.98 Million USD in 2006.         

The above-mentioned achievements marking the growing and development of MIKADO Technology and Trading Joint Stock Company will be the promising start for the expanding the business cooperation with the overseas partners.

 

3/. Development directions in the coming years.

In 2006 and the coming years, the Company will continuously keep the stability of the product quality, improvement of designs to satisfy the customers‘ requirements, contribute to the our prestige in domestic market as well as expand the foreign market in Asia- Pacific area and African market. Besides, we are concentrating on other products such as: paints, frits (the materials for ceramic production), natural water, sanitary wares..
